Rose is a very sweet girl that loves to take care of cute, adorable little boys. So if your a lost puppy or just a generally friendly person, this is your gal. Work friends would be nice, she works at a local little restaurant that she lives nearby. Maybe others that share her love of animals? Or maybe someone that learns about her musical talent? I can see her as having almost any friend so feel free to suggest any ideas.

I'm not thinking that she is very unlikable. Maybe a rival or something like that? She absolutely hates insults, she glares and gets steamed up. Maybe people who just hate every aspect of her? I'm honestly just spit balling here so if you have an idea feel free to add.

I'll admit that she manipulates people that are all over and her body. That's no lie. Most likely she'll expect foul play if there is some. With her father, I know that she'll be a bit harder to like for a long serious relationship because of seeing her mother still cry over her father. She loves sweet little guys and absolutely would love to be around them, she wants to know them a lot better. This is from her shyness at an early age, and former loner tendencies. Sadly, there won't be many of these, she's a complete hermit. If someone were to teach her that drinking in liberation and partying non-excessively, is okay, then I think there would be a lot more of these. I see her having mostly college buddies, study buddies, and maybe even a few childhood buds (she didn't have much of a childhood, but maybe she met someone on the curb waiting for them to stop partying). Everything is open for spitballing and ideas.

I have no ideas for these other than with her uptight attitude may cause people to not like her. She doesn't socialize at all, so she most likely wouldn't notice you, unless you really tried hard to get attention.

Oh heck no, I can't imagine her in this state ever getting in a relationship, maybe when she finishes college, or if she gets a bit more relaxed and less vigorous with studies. She doesn't put anyone ahead of work, so just be forewarned. Also she isn't one for flings, not a bit, and she's bi-curious, so if you want to experiment, why not. I could also see someone teaching her to live a little, living without a social life, isn't living at all. Spit ball if you have any ideas.

This sweetheart considers everyone family, or at least practically family. She sees light in the dark, she believes that everyone is a good person. Oddly enough, she doesn't rely on her friends a bit, she doesn't want to be selfish. I think someone should teach her that being selfish is alright, its healthy, not a horrible thing to do.
Enemies
I could see anyone getting annoyed at the saint, even if she has good intentions. Its odd enough that she thinks everyone is good, but she doesn't cry? Doesn't get angry back? I could see this so much, in even friends and family. I don't see Jess as the person to strike back, she just doesn't want to cause harm to the person. Oh and I can see tons of people frustrated with the fact she doesn't hate her own brother that hid the fact she was in a coma, even if she did make it right.

The place of true love, is completely taken. I can't imagine her loving anyone else, in the same way she does Nathan.
