Okay, So this babe needs a bff. I would like her playby to be Demi Lovato, but this is still negociable. Some history: They would have known each other since little kids, their parents even let them live together, so now they are some kind of roommates :) Her bff(let's call her Demi for now) would be like a sister to Phoebe and thay are practicly always hanging out together making pranks and laugh at strangers. Besides that, Phoebe always rely on her friend and Demi does the same on her. I dont really want to say a lot, I mean you people know what bff means,right?
