Alex noticed Jimmy biting his own lip, maybe it was due to the fact that he wasn't proud that he fought so much. When Jimmy said that he didn't need to rush into it; that made him strangely glad about that fact. Somehow, under some conclusion that only he could make; Alex believed that he was very worldly. That he had street smarts and the such, and if he lacked any; Jimmy could show him. Obviously Jimmy had more than he did; he even had wrestled before. Lucky.
"Thanks." A smile was once again plastered onto his face in mere seconds. Ignorant? That meant not open. But to what? Alex made the decision not to dwell on the fact too much, it wasn't too important most likely. Something was provoked when his face was touched by Jimmy; something that drove him crazy. "O-okay." His voice was a bit shaken, that's why the stutter had come out. The tears stopped coming, and still something was turned on. What was it? It was a hunger, it was a need. It was lust filled and natural, it seemed that something was possessing Alex.
As he sat down on the couch he gave Jimmy as kiss. It was passionate, filled with hunger. Luckily as the credits appeared, and the movie began; it made him able to pull away. A murderer, inside of a hockey mask was on the screen. Was it Jason? Some poor soul was dying on the screen, and it made Alex begin to cry. He didn't like it when anyone died.

He tried not to ponder on the shakenness of Alex's voice. Of course, it provoked a lot of curiosity from Jimmy, but he decided it was better thought of as a reaction to the intimate gesture of pressing his hand to the kid's cheek. He figured there could have been a worse reaction. In all his travels around the U.K., he'd met a wide variety of people, all of which were interesting in their own way. He just tried to think of this innocence thing Alex had going on as his own way of being interesting. He coined the reaction as a result of that innocence.
Well, he did for a few seconds.
Jimmy was tingling with surprise at the suddenness and the random intensity in it, sitting there in shocked silence even after it was over. He stared blankly at the screen, his mind joyfully buzzing with activity until he noticed someone die on screen. He glanced at Alex, immediately frowning. "No, no, no. Alex it isn't real." he murmured, pulling the younger boy into his lap and cradling the kid in his arms. "No reason to cry. Do you want to watch something else?" he asked. "We don't even have to watch a movie." he assured, snuggling Alex. A mindless action, he reached forward and gently kissed the other boy, not even noticing himself automatically placing a hand on his cheek.
As he drew away, he stroked the tears away from the kid's cheek, totally oblivious to what he'd done. A few zombies began to appear on screen, attacking some of the people and Jimmy rolled his hazel eyes flippiantly, reaching for the remote to go ahead and turn off the TV. If this movie scared Alex this much, he figured it wouldn't do much good to watch it. He'd seen so many scary things in his life that movies like these didn't bother him a bit, but from the short amount of time he'd known Alex, he decided the other boy was probably too innocent to be able to sit through a zombie movie.

Honestly Alex thought that he knew a lot about the world. Maybe he did, but it was only the lighter sides of the whole picture. In a way he was ignorant, but in another he was quite knowledgeable. He was gullible, yes, but in that somehow he was able to see the light in the dark, which was more than others could see. He trusted all, some of which did deserve it, while some didn't. Was he knowledgeable and open? Yes he was, to everyone. That's what made the poor soul ever so vulnerable to everything. He cared about everyone, everything, and wanted everyone to be joyful.
The cradling was making Alex feel better. It really did help that someone was reassuring him and just showing that they did love him, no matter how much he was a wuss. "Thanks." Maybe it was too much to watch the show, it most likely was. He was such a baby, as many boys called him, lots of girls in general were his friends. He once was so friendzoned that one of them undressed in front of them, and guess what? Alex wasn't turned on in the least from the experience, Jimmy was his first crush. So the whole experience got him some guy friends because he finally got the cutest girl in school to show body parts. Not that Alex even gave a shiznit about that; he did like being accepted though.
Feeling a gentle kiss from Jimmy, when Alex was already turned on by the love, was just too much. Hunger and mother nature controlled him; they were strong within him. They knew how to control him; to possess the innocent boy. Alex crashed his lips onto Jimmy's it was intensely filled with passion. He pulled Jimmy's hair and eventually the quick kiss ended, in mere moments after the overwhelming emotions started to die down. Then Alex noticed that the television was switched off, so he decided that he'd change it to something else. "Do you want to watch cartoons or something?" Still the emotions were there; they shined through from the look in his eyes.

If it had been his choice, Jimmy would have preffered to not have the street smarts that he possesed. Unfortunately, he couldn't take back everything. He couldn't take back the words he said, or the cigarettes he'd smoked. He couldn't take back the hurt he'd caused, or the large scar that pretty much ruined his scrawny, near anorexic body. Nothing he did could ever take it away. He'd learned to just deal with it, but in the end, street smarts weren't something to cherish. They were developed over a length of time, and no one could simply teach them to you. You had to figure it out on you own, whether it took a few mistakes or a thousand of them. You had to learn the hard way, or you didn't survive.
Alex was some sort of break away from that kind of lifestyle for Jimmy. He didn't always have to fight or feel anxious. He could just be contented to hold someone close and not give them up to anyone. He'd never been more comfortable around anyone else. He was almost surprised he'd managed to go shirtless this long without feeling the self conciousness that was usually associated. It was a nice change. Though even he couldn't deny that cuddling the younger boy managed to evoke some kind of emotion from him. Something that was way different from his seemingly limited spectrum of emotion.
His heart instantly jumped to a thudding pace and he gasped, trying his best to match the fierceness that the kiss had taken on. Kissing back, he felt himself tremble, involuntarily emitting a soft moan when his hair was tugged on. That was one of the worse possible tortures someone could put him through. Even he didn't understand the strange, lusty feelings that surfaced when it happened. He attempted to calm down once they'd both pulled away, but even as he was asked a question, he found it difficult to. Tangling his fingers in Alex's hair, Jimmy pushed forward and caught his lips once again. He made a mental note: Touching Alex's face produced favorable results.

Something was new to Alex, and finally he had realized what it was. That he was having his first kisses; this made him excited and just so shocked. Not a person would think that something like this would happen to the innocent boy; especially due to the fact that he was oblivious to some obvious things about his life. Or at least a lot of people knew that fact other than Alex, he thought he figured out all about the world to know. Silly little child he could be, yet he was playing a grownups game of kissing. Not that he'll ever be less naive as he is now; that's just who he is as a person. Not even what he experiences will most likely change that fact.
This reminded him of one of the times that his parents sent him with a group of boys. They were very loud, they didn't do things that anyone would approve of: they partied, got drunk, and they even were able to coax the most innocent of their group into drinking. Alex had his first drink of beer that day, and he didn't want to have it. It tasted yucky; like some type of alien drink on the sci-fi channel. Not that he wasn't a big fan of the channel, but he never liked at the cons when they served the drinks; they were disgusting.
Alex heard a moan escape Jimmy's lips and he felt something. What was that feeling? It seemed to be pleasure. The feeling of the other boys lips crash nearly as hard onto his made it hard for him to think. His mind was going hazy, and even when Jimmy pulled away, it wasn't for long. Jimmy's lips once again met his and it gave him exhilaration, estasy. Hunger was found inside of his heart, and something told him that he should pull back. Why? It was just something.
Would he deny the feeling? Alex was going to, he wasn't in the best of mind. His clothes were keeping both of them apart, that was the only barrier between them it seemed. "I love you." Somehow, he was able to release from the exhilarating moment. "Want to watch something? I could put on my favorite soap opera." At the push of a button the soap was on. What would Jimmy say about this? Honestly Alex didn't know. Even if he, in his own opinion of course, had street smarts equal to Jimmy's it wasn't his line of expertise.
[ooc: oh Alex.]

None of the things happening were new to him. Whilst traveling, he'd met at least a hundred to two-hundred people or more. Three quarters of which he met while what Alex called 'wrestling' with them. He was used to this feeling in the pit of his stomach, but whatever it was brewing in his heart was uncharted territory. It was like the time he'd first been dragged into 'wrestling'. He had no idea what to do with the feelings that began to surface. All he knew was that they were making his possesive, unlike how the majority of his relationships had been. On the streets, if you were someone's guy, it was merely another title and another target on your back. They didn't care who claimed who. Everyone still slept around.
A voice in the back was gradually getting louder, telling him he was going too far. Jimmy immediately jerked back, seemingly at the same time as the other boy. He breathed heavily, eyes a little wilder than before, trying to get his heartbeat to return to normal. He reached over and grabbed his shirt, finally finding the time to put it back on. He snuggled down into his jacket, actually kind of embarrassed at the reaction he'd had to his hair being grabbed. It was one of the first times he'd ever felt insecure about something he'd done, and he didn't like the feeling it was giving him.
He turned to look at Alex, blinking in confusion. Love? What was that? He'd never actually heard anyone say that. Sure, they said that back in lower east when they were pleased with what someone had done, but it was sarcastic. It was their way of making fun of pedestrians who were better off. It was usually mocking. Even his street smarts couldn't help him here, though. Now he was the one being naive. "...what does that mean?" he asked, his eyebrows quirked. Sure, he knew what it meant on the streets, but the way Alex had said it hadn't seemed teasing or joking like Jimmy was used to. He honestly was disoriented to the word.
Shifting around, he winced and pulled up his shirt to look at the wound in his stomach. All that moving around had opened it once again. Jimmy stood up, holding his wound and shuffling off to the bathroom. Or where he thought the bathroom was. The house seemed to be built just like the one from his childhood, so he knew where everything was. Realizing he'd never returned the medical kit to the 7/11, he figured he'd put it to good use. It was difficult for him to apply the bandages by himself, but he was so used to it by now, he managed to stop the bleeding and disinfect the wound. Pulling a small, pocket sized sewing kit out of his pocket, he stitched himself back together, making sure the wound didn't come open again. As he finished, he put the sewing stuff inside the medicine kit. Pushing his shirt down, he walked back over to the couch, looking up at the sound of footsteps on the stairs.

Nothing like this had happened to Alex; these were all new emotions to him. He just never felt this way about any other person before, this hadn't been done before. Why was this? Honestly he didn't know as to the answer of why, but he had a feeling that maybe it was because of Jimmy. Now he was acting like a wuss; he was actually thinking that Jimmy might want something more. Maybe he did; maybe he didn't, but Alex definitely wanted a relationship. Even if it was a bit sappy.
Somehow, it made Alex confused when Jimmy didn't know what love was. It was also something that made him think about what kind of life that the other lead; maybe his parents would let him keep the other? They did let him keep a puppy on the side of the road, and afterwards he even had him for a few montha. He did rather love that dog; even after he died. After that he hasn't had a pet since that compared, he wished that Fido didn't run out into the street as much. Then he wouldn't have gotten hit by the mail man. It still saddened Alex, but maybe it was kind of like this. Maybe Jimmy would be the person that Alex always would love. Even after their death it would remain intact.
How did one describe this feeling? "I really like you a lot. I-I am wondering..." What if he was rejected? What if he didn't respond? "if you would be mine." Another person; on the soap opera, as if on cue proclaimed love for another as well. This touched Alex, he was starting to get as emotional as before.
Jimmy left for some reason; and Alex followed. Somehow Jimmy knew exactly how to treat the wound and the such, when they returned; his parents were coming down the stairs. "Hey Mom! Hey Dad!" Alex went over and whispered to them, "I think I have a crush on him." His parents responded with shock; they were so happy for him, thats what Alex read at least.

His puzzled expression still held true, and he blinked in surprise to the question he was asked. Jimmy paused, processing things before he spoke. Was that what love was? Was it when someone asked you to be theirs? He'd had plently of 'girlfriends' and 'boyfriends', but boundaries meant nothing from where he came from. Boyfriends and girlfriends were pretty much just pets. People passed you around and acted like it was some kind of open relationship. He frowned and ran a hand through his hair, feeling troubled. He didn't want to be Alex's. He didn't want to be someone's property. "I don't want to be yours." He murmured. "I want to be only yours." he added. To him there was a difference between being someone's and being someone's everything. He wanted to be Alex's everything, as strange as it felt to him.
It suddenly occurred to him how lost he really looked, and he silently hoped the kid's parents haden't seen the freshly sewn up wound before he put his shirt down. Jimmy stood awkwardly near the couch as Alex returned to his parents. He stood with bad posture, his thumbs hooked in the pocket of his jeans. He suddenly realized just how bad he looked, standing there. His eyes were watered down hazel, and his black hair disheveled. His clothes were ratty, hanging awkwardly off of his small, starved figure. The circles of exhaustion didn't help much either. He glanced at Alex's parents, boldy meeting their eyes and refusing to act like the lost puppy his appearance made him out to be. He noticed the shocked looks on their faces, wondering what had been said.
"Uh, hi." he greeted. "I'm Jimmy. Jimmy Danger Regall." It was the first time he'd said his full name in what seemed like forever.
He didn't even use his real name when he was caught breaking and entering, which was a rare occurance, but it still happened. Even to master theifs. He didn't want to risk being caught and shipped over to the U.S. Technically, he was still on the missing persons list. People he didn't even know were looking for him, because evidentally his aunt Marcella was still avidly looking for her long lost orphaned nephew, even though English authorities had found the body of some poor soul and 'confirmed' it to be Jimmy. Obviously, they had the wrong body, as he was still alive, maybe not well, but alive. He was just thankful no one had thought to fingerprint him. Though, the law around lower east was usually fairly relaxed, if there was any.

"And you are. Am I the same?" Alex met Jimmy's eyes; he was afraid of what the answer would be. For some reason he felt as if he was screwing up or something of that sort. He was a wuss; Jimmy was something much stronger than he. When Alex looked at the two of them objectively, he knew that he didn't deserve what Jimmy had to offer. He wasn't as powerful as Jimmy, and the other would always have to take care of him. This hasn't hit the innocent boy as of yet though. Even if his subsconcious has already thought of such things.
Honestly the parents didn't even take a great look over at the other boy; they were just obviously, to Alex, over the moon about the fact that he liked someone. More than just a friend; they even heard about the whole girl getting dressed in front of him and asked if he felt anything. The answer was that he didn't feel really a thing about the whole experience; they were glad that their son was not a pervert, yet disappointed that Alex hadn't felt aroused or something of that sort. Even though Alex thought he knew everything about his parents; he didn't really know better to look into things. Like the fact that they wrestle. Didn't even learn how to; silly little boy.
"Alex wouldn't you like to go play some video games?" His mother asked him. Darn it, they knew his weaknesses; he loved playing on the Playstation. "Yeah sure." Alex walked into the room away from the house; where the games were. His dad, once he was out of the room was going to have a talk with Jimmy. "We need you to man him up. Its up to you." It was a whisper; as if Alex could hear them speaking all the way across the large house. It would be funny to Alex a bit of this; if he knew of what they were talking about. He was just playing on his game filled with aliens and the such; like a normal boy.

With a quiet sigh he gave Alex a brief, reassuring hug. "If somebody wants you, they're going to have to pry you from my cold dead hands." he replied, rolling his eyes jokingly. Even with the teasingness of his words, his eyes portrayed seriousness. It was a surprisingly possesive statedment, but nonetheless, Jimmy couldn't seem to help it. He didn't even care that their relationship could virtually destroy him. He didn't care about always having to look after Alex. If anything, he fully accepted this, and would do his best to make sure the kid was safe. His sub concious warily accepted this, though. If in the end he lost Alex, it would cause immense damage to him.
He was unsettled, and slightly worried when Alex's mom sent the boy away. Not scared, just kind of anxious. It briefly crossed his mind that maybe they didn't approve of him. It wasn't that Jimmy cared what they thought, he was only worried about not being able to see Alex again. The more he thought of it, the more it sounded like a nightmare to him. He frowned slightly, looking helpless as the younger boy went off to play video games. Glancing at Alex's dad, he blinked in surprise, suddenly feeling stupid for thinking that they would disapprove of him. They wanted him to...what? "Man him up? Why?" he answered, arching his eyebrows. "He seems just fine to me."
With a shake of his head, he started to walk off after Alex. He saw nothing wrong with the boy, in fact, the kid was a lot better off than a lot of the people he'd met in his lifetime. "I'll try. But I don't see how treating him like he's my everything is going to help."

Alex knew that Jimmy meant the statement; and this made him feel safe. Protected from everything; this was something that he appreciated a lot from Jimmy. A smile erupted onto his features, and he just wanted to kiss him. Not that it was from anything that Jimmy did; just that is what Alex felt like doing, for no apparent reason. It was just that he was crushing on him, and falling in love at the same time. Did he really understand that it was a bit of a joke? Not completely, in all honesty, not that he minded in the least. Being around the older boy was just a thrill in itself.
Somehow Jimmy was walking down the hallway and Alex just knew. He walked to the middle of the hallway that Jimmy was at, and just gave a soft peck on the cheek. "So your my only and I am yours." He wrapped his arm around Jimmy's waist and just stood there. It was nice to just be with the other boy; and the butterflies began to flutter. His heart was racing once again; he really was in love, he couldn't be seperated from the piece to his whole heart. It was just nice to be with him.
Then he started to tear up. He hoped that Jimmy wouldn't end up like his Fido. That couldn't happen again to him; being torn into pieces by the thought of the poor dog. "You'll be careful, right? I just don't want..." He couldn't continue; so he just released Jimmy and entered into the video game room. He didn't want to burden Jimmy with his tears over something already lost. His heart was racing ever so quickly from fear, it was pounding inside of his own ears.

Almost instantly, at the sight of the smile, his heart melted completely and he couldn't help but softly smile back. In truth, he really did mean it. Loyalty, no matter how ironic it was, was a big part of his morals. If he promised something, he kept it, no matter how crazy or impossible it was. Honesty might not have been a key factor in his character, but loyalty sure was. He would stand by anyone who was worth it, and at the moment, Alex was definitely worth it. Jimmy really liked him. Of course, he didn't know what love was, so he couldn't exactly explain the feelings he was getting, but he knew they were strong enough for him to make sense of them.
He stopped in the hall, seeing Alex coming from the game room to meet him halfway. Smiling, he hugged the boy close and nodded. "You're my everything." he murmured. He must had fallen hard for the kid. He was speaking words he'd never said to anyone before. He would never admit it, though. Jimmy was usually secretive about his feelings. He didn't like opening up to anyone, and it was a miracle he'd managed to get this close to Alex. His knees felt weak, his heart fluttered, and he almost couldn't stop smiling.
Almost.
His heart instantly sank and he frowned slightly, concern in his heavy hazel eyes. He brushed the tears away and hushed the boy gently, "Shhh. I'll be careful. Don't worry about it." he whispered. He couldn't very well verify that, though. Life in lower east was founded upon the basis of everyone lived and died at some point. People died every day, and you just had to deal with it. Hell, Jimmy had been prepared to die just a few hours ago. His heart completely dropped as Alex walked away from him, and it took him a moment to actually move again. He slowly stepped into the room, seeing the young boy still crying. He wrapped his arms around the kid's waist, standing behind him and craning his neck to press a soft, comforting kiss to Alex's cheek, "What did I do?"

Alex lacked something that was important in a relationship; a backbone. He wasn't able to stand up for anything; he was a complete pushover. Want something? Ask little Alex to do it, not like he'll protest. And he didn't in the least. When a smile came onto Jimmy's face all the doubt was swept away; as if it were something that easily went away at the smile. And it did. Somehow it seemed to be like a cold, something that you just caught. It had gone viral.
Being called something that was so significant; made Alex feel as if he wanted to explode with joy. What was this feeling, this rush? How could one explain this? Honestly there wasn't anything that could compare. Unfortunately, this was not at the moment helping. He was worried about the other boy, and knowing this just didn't help the feeling at all. It was really hard to not be fretting over something when you loved them, when they meant so much to you. "Please, please be." Alex gave a puppy dog look when he just said that he was going to be. It was a plea for him to come on and live with them, to be safe.
Alex had already left, with tears streaming. Jimmy promised he would be careful, but that wasn't enough in the least. Jimmy kissed his cheek and it sent Alex into a crazy, but this was counteracted with concern. Concern meant more than lust to the little boy. "Its not you. It is the fact that I just can't imagine ever losing you... like I did with my dog Fido." He turned around and just cried on Jimmy's chest. He needed the other boy to just be there with him, to comfort him right now.

It was difficult to convince him into anything he didn't think favorably of. Jimmy was realitively stubborn in the first place, but even more so because he didn't allow himself to be pushed around by everyone else. He was hard headed, and it made it a little more difficult for him to believe people. Especially since he lacked a gullible bone in his body. Sometimes it just depended on what people were trying to tell him. Some things were more believable than others. If someone told him his shoelace was untied, he wouldn't be too quick to reach down and fix them, because he constantly double-knotted his shoes and tucked the laces inside to keep himself from tripping if he had to run. On the other hand, he could believe someone telling him he'd lost the banddanna he tucked in his back pocket out of habit. That thing fell out all the time.
He frowned lightly, feeling his heart break at the sight of the puppy dog look Alex was giving him. For a rare moment in his life, he struggled to find words. The pain in his heart almost felt physical, and he paused, realizing how real the aching felt. "I promise I'll be careful. Cross my heart and hope to die, I will. I'll come visit you everyday and everything." he answered mindlessly, realitizing how much an idiot he was to say those things a moment later. He couldn't take it back though. Cursing at himself inside him mind, he mentally sighed at the though of having to remain extra careful. His reckless nature couldn't be curbed so easily.
Jimmy bit his lip, silently considering this. As much as he wanted to tell Alex that he wouldn't lose him, he knew it was a lie. For once in his life, he was trying to be honest. Gently stroking the kid's hair, he allowed him to cry and stood there silently offering comfort. Closing his eyes, he sighed softly and decided it better just not to say anything. He had nothing to say, and anything that he spoke now would come out meaningless. Being careful was just something that couldn't be promised. You got a certain amount of time to live, and when that time was over, you were pretty much screwed. You could take death quietly, or die kicking and screaming. It made no difference. In the end, you were still gone. Whether people remembered you or not was up to the history books.

For some reason he was able to believe what Jimmy said. Still the tears were streaming, but not as quickly. "Thank you, Mom and Dad.. were wondering if you'd like to.." Alex looked away. He wasn't sure if Jimmy would say yes or be angry with them. His parents always told him that someone, if they were special to him, should live in their house. If they wanted to of course; it would be wrong to force someone to stay over. "live with us."
Why was the concern slowly bubbling away? Alex didn't know why, but feelings were still being surpressed. Ever so slightly in nature. It was not easy for him to hold back, and his eyes were filled with lust. He wanted Jimmy, and he knew thats all that he could think of. A kiss on the lips was all that he could allow; he knew this was important. It was important that it was answered, that he knew that he was serious.
Death was something that you really can't ever predict; and sadly this always trotted in the edge of Alex's mind. He didn't want to have to lose something important in his life; it would drive him crazy. It would make him so depressed and the innocent boy would do some stupid stuff. Luckily for the young lad, loss hadn't hit him yet. He knew that one day, he was going to be lost, and Jimmy was too. But sometimes you just have to act as if there isn't a tomorrow, because there might not be. What if he never got another moment like this with Jimmy? He cared a lot about the other, what if he lost this moment? Somehow hunger was tricking the innocent boy into doing horrible things.
Crashing his lips against the others was something that he just gave into. It wasn't something he could really control; he hadn't ever felt this way about anyone before. So how could he have prepared for such feelings? For such actions that could happen? Honestly, it wasn't completely Alex's fault; he just wasn't very knowledgeable about such things.
